This Blondie is made with a good quality white chocolate and baked together with fresh raspberries; it is fudgy and so juicy, especially if made with fresh raspberries when they are in season.

I made two versions; one plain, which is flavored with vanilla and lemon, and one with raw licorice, which is perfect for people whole love salty licorice; most Nordic people do!

My favorite is the blondies made with raw licorice; it is such a great match with those beautiful juicy raspberries, perfect now that the raspberries are in season.
