This frosting boasts a silky texture that spreads effortlessly on your cake.
It’s sweeter than my other cream-based frostings, but when used in a thin layer—say, on a vanilla or rich chocolate cake—it tastes absolutely delicious, especially for coffee lovers.
The frosting is prepared in a food processor (optional) using cold salted butter and hot coffee. Sounds like an unusual combination, right? But trust me, it works perfectly, resulting in a silky-smooth texture that’s hard to resist.
