A fudge brownie that just melts in your mouth, It´s delicious on its own.I scoop a generous amount of whipped banana milkshake ganache on top of the fudge brownie; It is such a great combo tastewise.
To get the ultimate banana flavor in your ganache, it is important you use very ripe bananas (those spotty brown bananas are perfect) as these bananas are the most flavorful, and you will get the most delicious banana flavor in your ganache.
If you are not a fan of bananas, make the ganache without the banana flavor, or enjoy it is as it is either way, it is delicious.
