Swedish Kladdkaka with a fudgy interior and a shiny, crackled top. This one is for all you chocolate lovers.
What I love most about this kladdkaka is the beautiful shine it gets after baking. It’s incredibly fudgy, a dream for any chocolate lover, and perfect to enjoy just as it is, or topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Or top it with sea salt popcorn (so yummy) and drizzle the top of each slice with salted caramel sauce, ridiculously delicious.
In Sweden, most people like to eat kladdkaka slightly warm, scooping it right from the pan, with dollops of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
I prefer mine firmer, so I refrigerate it for a few hours – it makes for an even fudgier kladdkaka!
I hope you love it as much as i do
