Swedish Kladdkaka with a fudgy interior and a shiny, crackled top. This one is for all you chocolate lovers.
What I love most about this kladdkaka is the beautiful shine it gets after baking. It’s incredibly fudgy, a dream for any chocolate lover, and perfect to enjoy just as it is, or topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
In Sweden, most people like to eat kladdkaka slightly warm, scooping it right from the pan, with dollops of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. I prefer mine firmer, so I refrigerate it for a few hours – it makes for an even fudgier kladdkaka!
