Pink and White Vanilla Bean Meringues

Featherlight White and Pink Meringues

Whipped with fragrant Madagascar vanilla bean seeds and piped into beautiful pink and white swirls, these meringues are as stunning as they are delicious. After baking, they’re lightly dusted with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.

It’s truly incredible how just a few simple ingredients can create the most featherlight cookies. These meringues are my absolute favorite—crispy on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside.

I’m using the @meringuegirls technique, where the sugar is heated in the oven before adding it to the egg whites. This method creates the perfect texture: chewy centers and crisp, airy exteriors.

With a baking time of less than an hour, these meringues are quick to make, perfect for gifting, and guaranteed to brighten up any party table.
