F eatherlight white and pink Meringues whipped with Madagascar vanilla bean seeds and piped into a beautiful pink and white swirl.
After baking, they are lightly dusted with powdered sugar.
It´s incredible how just a few ingredients, you can whip up the most featherlight cookies.
T hese meringues are my absolute favorite meringues. They are chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside.
I´m using the @meringuegirls technic, which is heating the sugar in the oven before adding it to the egg whites, this way, you get such a chewiness on the inside, and crispy on the outside.
The baking time for these meringues is less than an hour. They are perfect for gifting and will brighten up any party table.
