Cake Pans, the layer cake recipes in this app call for either, 20 cm (8-inch) or 23 cm ( 9-inch) round pans.

I love using a round pan ( as shown in the picture above) with a loose base that sits securely in the frame. It makes for easy release after baking.

2 x 23 cm ( 9-inch) round pans

23 cm ( 9-inch) high springform ( for ice cream cakes and cheesecakes)
