To get the banana flavor in your whipped cream, it is important you use very ripe bananas (those spotty brown bananas are perfect), as these might not look very appealing. Still, these bananas are the most flavorful, and you will get the ultimate banana flavor in your whipped cream.

Roasting strawberries in the oven makes for a more intense strawberry flavor, as the warmth of the oven will intensify the flavor using strawberries that are in their prime season (I had some safe in my freezer from last summer). Try finding those beautiful ruby red strawberries that have a beautiful red color inside out, they have an extreme sweetness, and you get the most beautiful and delicious roasted strawberries with amazing gorgeous ruby red color that will tint your strawberry banana whip cream natural pink and taste extra delious.



Plan ahead: The banana flavor will be best the longer the cream mixture infuses, up to 24 hours.
