Adding tea is a great way to infuse your ganache with flavor—and it’s one of the easiest methods.

In this recipe, I use my favorite tea, Hot Cinnamon Spice from Harney & Sons. This tea has a flavor similar to the famous “Cinnamon Imperials Candy,” with a strong cinnamon taste and a powerful aroma of spices and citrus, taking your ganache to the next level.

You can use any tea flavor you like, but I highly recommend finding a quality tea that you love to get the best flavor in your ganache.

My favorite, the Hot Cinnamon Spice, is absolutely delicious in this ganache. It has such a strong flavor and makes this ganache uniquely delicious.

The Hot Cinnamon Spice flavor is perfect on top of cinnamon rolls, brownies, cookies, pies, or any dessert.
