This Tender Vanilla Bean Sheet Cake is incredibly soft, light, and has a lovely vanilla bean flavor.
Its delicate soft and tender texture makes it perfect for pairing with any frosting you prefer, whether it’s buttercream, cream-based, or meringue-based.
Personally, I like it warm to the touch with just a simple dusting of powdered sugar and some fresh blackberries or blueberries on the side.
I also often cut out small circles from the sheet cake with a cookie cutter to create individual servings, each topped with a layer of my delicious pistachio ganache (which you can find in the ganache category), and a raspberry on top.
