I use Frosty’s cereal, which I absolutely love, and I pour warm cream over it that I’ve infused with vanilla bean and a sprinkle of sea salt. After removing the Frosty’s, I use that cream, now infused with cereal goodness, to create this delicious ganache.
This ganache is perfect for piping onto cupcakes or macarons, filling cakes, or even using as a drizzle between cake layers.
