This Vanilla Bean Coconut Ganache is just so incredibly delicious.
It is creamy, dreamy, has a beautiful thick and fluffy texture, and is bursting with the rich flavors of vanilla and coconut.
Now, I’m not a fan of coconut cream; I just really don’t like it. But to get that natural coconut flavor, what I do first is infuse the cream with vanilla and sea salt and let it steep.
Then I re-warm it and add the coconut milk powder. The coconut milk powder creates a wonderful creaminess and a lovely coconut flavor.
So, if you’re a fan of coconut, love vanilla, and just want to have this melt-in-your-mouth coconut ganache, you’re going to love this version.
