This Vanilla Bean White Sheet Cake is everything I want a vanilla bean white cake to be: it is soft, fluffy, light, tender, has lots of vanilla flavor, is slightly salty, and so delicious.
Using a whole vanilla bean and vanilla bean paste in this recipe and steeping it really amplifies the vanilla flavor in this cake.
I remove the crust for a better mouthfeel and clean look.
The Vanilla sheet cake is covered on top with a gorgeous and delicious, melt-in-your-mouth rosy-pink blackcurrant Angel Feather Icing.
