A delicious pastry cream that has a wonderful smooth texture.
The pastry cream is whipped in a stand mixer to cool down and then combined with mascarpone instead of butter.
It's delicious to use as a filling in cakes or cupcakes.
Pastry cream is fabulous, especially when enjoyed simply with fresh berries and whipped cream on the side.
