Southern Rose Cake
This cake is something truly special. It all starts with a gooey almond meringue layer that’s naturally gluten-free, topped with a luxurious whipped White Chocolate Ganache infused with the perfect caramel cappuccino flavor.
If you’ve tried and loved my “Daim Ice Cream Cake” (and let’s be honest, that’s my number one favorite of all cakes), you are going to fall head over heels for this one. Southern Rose is like its elegant sister—a little more refined, but every bit as delicious.
The almond layer is perfectly gooey, the ganache is rich and creamy, and the crunchy Daim candy on top adds that little extra something that takes it over the edge. Seriously, it’s 100% pure yumminess!
For this cake, I kept the decoration simple—a few roses on top. Just a little cute detail to make it feel extra special.
