A tender gluten-free Vanilla Cupcake that is super moist and fluffy, topped with a light blush pink mascarpone Raspberry Frosting.

These are absolutely perfect gluten-free vanilla cupcakes, You´ll love these soft and fluffy cupcakes

For these vanilla cupcakes, I use almond flour, the almond flour is simply skinless, blanched almonds ground to a super-fine texture.

The almond flour lends a moist texture and rich, buttery flavor to these vanilla cupcakes.



The raspberry mascarpone frosting is such a great combination with the gluten-free vanilla cupcake and the raspberry juice in this frosting just gives the most beautiful shade of pink.
