If you are a fan of white chocolate, you’re going to be all about this Vanilla Bean Ganache.
It has a natural white color with beautiful vanilla flecks – and the flavor? Pure, rich vanilla goodness.
This ganache comes together really, really simply with just four ingredients: high-quality white chocolate, heavy cream, a vanilla bean (or two, if you want to get fancy), and a pinch of sea salt.
Give it a night in the fridge, and this ganache whips up into a fluffy white vanilla cloud faster than you can say ‘delicious.’ Whipped up, it tastes like luxurious vanilla ice cream. It’s so dreamy in taste.
And when it’s warm, right after you’ve just combined it with the chocolate, please take a spoon and try it. It tastes like luxurious crème anglaise.
It’s a perfect match with my carrot cake, or pipe it onto your vanilla cupcakes, or simply enjoy a spoonful of it just by itself.
I hope you love it as much as I do.
