Tender, moist and fluffy Vanilla Cupcakes with a big dollop of pastry cream baked into the center of each cupcake before they hit the oven.
These vanilla cupcakes have a wonderful vanilla bean flavor, I Iove eating this cupcake while it is still warm straight from the oven without any frosting on top.
Try this custard baked cupcake warm out of the oven with just a sprinkling of powdered sugar it is a cupcake dream just magical in any way, but then again I love vanilla.
I frosted these custard baked vanilla cupcakes with a whipped strawberry crème fraîche frosting, This strawberry frosting has an intense strawberry flavor it is so fresh in taste and incredibly delicious and made in minutes.
This frosting pairs well together with the custard baked vanilla cupcake and is perfect for the summertime, add a fresh strawberry on top for a delicious and simple decoration.
