Puffed rice chocolate treats
6 oz. (170 g) DARK OR MILK CHOCOLATE, Place the chocolate and coconut oil into a saucepan and melt
CHOPPED over very low heat. Stir in the vanilla and add the puffed rice. Stir
2 oz. (60 g) COCONUT OIL until all the rice is coated in the melted chocolate mixture.
1 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT Using two spoons, divide the mixture between mini cupcake
ABOUT 2-3 CUPS (50-75 g) PUFFED RICE paper cases. Place in the refrigerator until set, about 1 hour.
