Since the late summer of 1940 when Assistent Original® was released, it has become
a durable and reliable friend in the kitchen as it generation after generation faithfully
knead, whipp, mix, press and grind. Assistent Original® comes in 12 different colours
and with 18 different accessories. Assistent Original® has a capacity of 7 litre/8 qt
and a dough capacity of 5 kilos/11 lb.
Our machines is handmade in Ankarsrum, Sweden.
