Norwegians typically serve these thin cone shaped cookies with a
                          whipped cloudberry cream:
                          	1 ¼ cup (300 ml) heavy or whipping cream
                          	½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar
                          	1 ¼ cup (300 ml) lightly crushed cloudberries

                          Whip the cream with the powdered sugar, and fold in the lightly
                          crushed cloudberries. Serve with the krumkake cookies.
