Here is the first issue of my magazine, and Instagram: @passionforbaking
finally a publication for all of those who follow
passionforbaking.com on social media platforms,
asking for my books in English.
I started my blog passionforbaking.com five years
ago, shortly after my husband suffered a stroke.
When he got ill we lost almost everything, and our life
fell apart. We had nothing but God, and hope for the
future. I have been a fan of Oprah Winfrey for as long
as I can remember, and her words from many years
ago about finding your passion and about dreaming
big, have stayed with me all the time. In Oprah’s last
TV-show, “A love letter to you”, she spoke about
finding your platform to inspire others. So that’s what
I did when I started my blog.
It’s been quite a ride, that’s for sure. When I started
I had no money, no computer experience, and no
education. Dyslexia, a sick husband and five kids
didn’t stop me. So if I can do this, so can you.
I have tried to create a magazine with a personal
touch. My wish is that you will feel inspired and
uplifted by the delicious recipes, real-life stories and
images in Passion4Baking The Magazine.
This issue is all about the Holidays, and you will find
many of my favourite cakes and bakes for this time
of year. I love baking for my family and friends, but
also for those less fortunate, and I hope that you will
be inspired to bake and to share with others – that’s
what Christmas is all about.
